摘要
本文基于N-S方程和标准的k-ε紊流模型,采用贴体座标和交错网格系统,用SIM-PLEC算法对一比转速nS=240(m,m3/s,r/min)的混流式水轮机模型转轮内部的流动进行数值模拟,提出了三个典型工况时三维紊流数值计算结果,初步分析了转轮的汽蚀和能量特性,为改进设计提供了一些有益的参考资料。
Based on the Navier Stokes equations and the k ε turbulence model, the numerical simulation of three dimensional turbulent flow through a model Francis turbine runner of which specific speed n s is 240 (m, m 3/s, r/min) was conducted by using the SIMPLEC algorithm with the non orthogonal boundary fitted coordinate systems and the staggering grid systems. The analyses at the design and the off design operating conditions are presented. The results show the present code can be used to predict the performance of Francis turbine runner.
