药学院学生心理状况调查分析

Investigation and Analysis on the Mental Status of the Pharmacy College Students

了解药学院学生的心理状况。采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自编的基本情况调查表对669名药学院学生进行调查。药学院学生SCL-90总分、人际关系、抑郁、焦虑和精神病性四个因子均分明显高于全国青年常模,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),其他因子与全国青年常模相比无显著性差异。对专业满意度低、学习压力大、同学关系差、有问题不愿求助他人等是心理健康的主要影响因素。药学院学生存在不同程度的心理问题,应根据实际情况对学生进行相应的心理辅导。

By using Symptom Assessment Scale （SCL-90） and basic questionnaire formulated by the authors who investigate the mental status of the 669 pharmacy college students. Results shows the four facts of the pharmacy college students in SCL-90 scores, interpersonal relationships, depression, anxiety and psychosis were significantly higher than the National Youth norm, and there was a significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. The main influence factors on the mental health of the pharmacy college students were the low satisfaction on the major, high learning pressure, bad relationships between the students, and unwilling to seek the help from other people when meeting the problems. The pharmacy college students had some mental problems on different degrees, so the corresponding Psychological counseling should be provided for them according to the actual situation.
