Competitive policies have close relationships with international trade liberalization, for they have one common purpose-improve the market or resource allocation inside market. The paper discusses the relationships between international trade liberalization and competitive policies, and points out the influence of competitive policies of a country on its international trade liberalization. The authors discuss the regime design and endeavors made by international economic society in trying to coordinate the relationships between the two, and finally the prospect of international coordination of competitive policies is studied.
