高压氧配合益气活血通络汤治疗急性脑梗死36例

Effects of hyperbaric oxygen combined with Yiqihuoxuetongluo decoction on 36 cases of acute cerebral infarction

目的观察高压氧配合益气活血通络汤治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将66例急性脑梗死患者随机分为2组,对照组30例予西医基础治疗,治疗组36例在对照组治疗的基础上配合益气活血通络汤口服及高压氧治疗。观察2组临床疗效、治疗前后神经功能缺损评分及内皮素-1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)变化情况。结果治疗组总有效率91.67%,对照组总有效率73.33%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后神经功能缺损评分、ET-1及NO均明显改善,与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论高压氧配合活血通络汤治疗急性脑梗死,可以改善血管内皮功能,显著提高临床疗效。
