我国经济发展速度虽快,但缺乏世界级领袖企业。应注重企业全面素质的培养,以提高竞争力。为了充分认识领袖企业的各项素质,文章阐释了领袖企业的特点及作用,对世界级建筑企业的规模、多元化发展及绿色生产力进行了分析。在国内现有状况的基础上,借鉴国外先进经验,总结出了中国建筑产业竞争力解决之道,即拥有核心技术、提高管理素质及改变增长方式。

There is almost no world-class leading enterprise in China, although the economy is developing faster and faster.We must focus on overall qualities of leading enterprises to enhance competitiveness. In order to fully understand the qualities of leading enterprises, this article explains the features and roles of leading enterprises, and analyses the scale, diversification development and green productivity of world-class construction enterprises. On the basis of the current situation in China, by learning from advanced foreign experience, this paper sums up the solutions of Chinese construction industry competitiveness.We should have the core technologies and improve the quality of management and change the mode of growth.
