The background of times of building an overall well-to-do society puts forward new demands to housing＇s indemnification. Based on the theory of harmonious supply of indemnificatory housing, this paper analyses the evolvement of housing mode and the positive function of indemnificatory housing, and ascertains the connotation of the mode of harmonious supply of indemnificatory housing, and these works establish indemnification housing harmonious supply mode＇s harmonious development, scientific development, equitable distribution, high efficiency works, dynamic administration and so on, and under the background of harmonious and overall well-to-do society the theoretical frame of the mode of harmonious supply of indemnificatory housing is built.
