摘要
建筑市场的竞争,已从顾客资源的竞争扩展到对分包商资源的竞争。本文通过分析影响分包商满意度的各种因素,对企业的管理过程和经营方法进行测评,并有针对性地提出解决方案:建立起分包方满意度测量体系,使企业能够更充分地利用有限的资源,与分包商形成战略联盟,协同发展,提升企业的市场竞争能力。
The competition of the construction market, has already expanded from the resources of customer to the subcontractor. This paper analyzes all of the factors which affect to subcontractor satisfaction, tests the process and methods of management, and puts forward the solution. It includes building up the system of testing their satisfaction, helping enterprise to take use of the limited resources effectively, making an alliance for development, promot- ing the competition.
