摘要
如何组织好新项目开工和顺利推进工程开展,获取最佳经济效益,是施工企业十分关心的问题。笔者以新项目开工应当关注的"四个流程",即先编制施工组织设计再开工、先测算成本再干活、先培训职工再上岗、先调试机械设备再生产为题,谈点粗浅看法,供同业参考。
At the beginning of new projects, what cnstruction enterprises concern is how to make projects start and promote smoothly. This paper puts forward "four processes" that new projects's start should pay attention to, they are working out construction organization design before starting, calculating cost before working, training workers before getting posts and debugging equipments before producing.
