经胼胝体-穹窿间入路显微切除第三脑室肿瘤26例
摘要
三脑室位置较深，周围有许多重要的结构，所以三脑室肿瘤暴露困难，视野狭窄，手术难度较大。我们自2000年2月至2006年5月经胼胝体-穹窿间入路切除26例三脑室肿瘤，取得满意效果，报告如下。
