蒲地蓝消炎片的质量标准研究

Study on Quality Standard of Pudilanxiaoyan Tablets

目的完善蒲地蓝消炎片的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱法对方中黄芩、蒲公英与苦地丁进行鉴别；用高效液相色谱法测定方中黄芩苷的含量。结果TLC鉴别方法专属性强；黄芩苷线性范围为0．12-3．0μg（r=0．9997），平均回收率为98．8％，RSD为0．7％（n=6）。结论本方法操作简便，结果准确，灵敏度高，重复性好。该质量标准可有效地控制蒲地蓝消炎片的质量。

Aim To consummate a method for quality control of Pudilanxiaoyan Tablets. Methods TLC was used for the identification of Radix Scutellariae, Herba Taraxaci and Herba Corydalis Bunge＇anae. HPLC was used for the determination of baicalin in Pudilanxiaoyan Tablets. Results The TLC identification was highly specific and the spots were clear. The linear range of baicalin was from 0.12 - 3.01μg, r = 0. 999 7. The average recovery of baicalin was 98.8%, RSD was 0.7%. Conclusion These methods were easy to operate with accurate results, high sensitivity and good reproducibility. The quality standard can effectively control the quality of Pudilanxiaoyan Tablets.
