Determination of Catalpol in Jiangtang Oral Liquid by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法测定降糖口服液中梓醇的含量。方法色谱柱：Discovery C18，（250mm×1．6mm，5μm）；流动相：乙腈-0．1％磷酸水溶液（0．6：99．4）；流速：0．5mL／min；检测波长：205nm；柱温：室温。结果梓醇在0．4—2μg范围内线性关系良好，r=0．9995，平均回收率为94．21％，RSD为1．5％（n=5）。结论本方法操作简便，准确、专属性强、灵敏度高、重现性好，可用于降糖口服液的质量控制。

Aim To determine catalpol in Jiangtang oral liquid by HPLC . Methods The Discovery Cls column （250mm × 4.6mm,5 μm） was used, and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution （0.6： 99.4）, with a flow rate of 0.5ml/min and detection wavelength at 205nm. Results The linear range was 0.4 μg to 2μg （ r =0. 999 5）;the average recovery （ n =5） was 94.21% and the relative standard deviation was 1.5%. Conclusion The method is simple, fast and applicable to quality control of Jiangtang oral liquid
