摘要
目的建立用反相高效液相色谱法同时测定畅中胶囊中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量的方法。方法以乙睛-水-冰醋酸(60:38:2)为流动相,SHIMADZU VP-ODS(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)为固定相;检测波长为294nm;流速:1.0ml/min。结果厚朴酚在0.2008~5.02μg的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999(n=5),平均回收率为99.5%,RSD为0.5%;和厚朴酚在0.1202~3.005μg的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999(n=5),平均回收率为99.4%,RSD为0.5%。结论该法结果准确、方法简便、分离度高可作为该制剂质量标准的内容。
Aim To establish a method for simultaneous determination of magnolol and honokiol in the Changzhong Capsules. Methods On SHIMADZU VP-ODS column (4.6mm × 250mm ,5μm) ;with acetonitrile-water-acetic acid (60:38: 2) as the mobile and UV determination at 294nm. Results A good linearity was obtained over the range of 0.200 8 -5. 02μg for magnolol and 0. 120 2 -3. 005μg for honokiol. The average recovery of these two components was 99.5 % with an RSD of 0.5 % and 99.4% with an RSD of 0.5% respectively. Conclusion The method was simple, rapid , accurate as the quantity standard.
