摘要 目的体外评价α-干扰素和γ-干扰素是否对SARS-CoV有抑制作用,以及α-干扰素和γ-干扰素以5种不同比例配伍后,对SARS-CoV的抑制作用。方法采用MTT法,观察α-干扰素和γ-干扰素对SARS-CoV的抑制作用。结果病毒TCID50为10-7;α-干扰素和γ-干扰素在体外有抗SARS-CoV活性,α-干扰素的抗SARS-CoV活性作用大于γ-干扰素,配伍后抗SARS-CoV活性作用大于单个药物。结论α-干扰素和γ-干扰素及配伍后均在体外有抗SARS-CoV作用,这为其治疗SARS-CoV感染提供了实验依据。 Aim To evaluate the anti-SARS-CoV effect of interferon-α,interferon-γ and the combination of interferon-α and interferon-γ at 5 different ratios in vitro. Methods The antiviral activity of interferon-αand interferon-γ was determined by MTT colorimetry. Results The TCID50 of SARS-CoV was 10^-7. Interferon-α and interferon-γ had anti-SARS-CoV activity in vitro. The anti-SARS-CoV effect of Interferon-α was better than that of interferon-γ. And the anti-SARS-CoV effect of the combination of Interferon-α and interferon-γ was better than that of any single drug. Conclusion Interferon-α,interferon-γ and the combination of interferon-α and interferon-γ all have anti-SARS-CoV activity in vitro. This study has provided experimental evidence for the clinical use of antiviral treatment of the SARS-CoV infection.
