白化牙鲆幼鱼体色恢复的初步研究 被引量:1

摘要 牙鲆的苗种生产中普遍存在体色白化现象,严重影响了稚鱼和成品鱼的商品价值,有的白化率甚至高达50%,目前尚无有效的控制方法。国内外对牙鲆有眼侧白化进行了大量的研究,认为决定牙鲆是否白化的时期是在全长6-10mm时期,此阶段牙鲆仔鱼培养过程中的营养成分及其配比,特别是饵料中不饱和脂肪酸以及水溶性、脂溶性维生素的种类、含量、比例及摄食情况等,都是影响体色白化的重要因素。其它如光照强度、海水盐度、育苗池的池底池壁颜色、水温、换水率、饲育密度等各种环境理化因子等都对牙鲆白化有不同程度的影响。就已白化的稚鱼体色恢复的研究,国内外尚未见报道。本文就增强光照、池底铺沙、在配合饲料中添加鱼油等技术措施进行了相关研究,以期为牙鲆苗种的健康生产提供参考。
