摘要
通过采用平板式密闭光生物反应器培养纤细角毛藻,从规模化生产的角度通过对影响微藻生长的光照强度、光照周期、通气量、接种量等培养条件的研究,获得了适合于纤细角毛藻工业化培养的条件,提高了培养密度。实验结果表明,宜采用的培养条件为:光照强度为2.68mw/cm^2,通气量为0.3 vvm,接种量10%~15%,温度23℃~25℃,pH7.5~8.0。纤细角毛藻在此条件下培养10天的细胞个数可以达到5.01亿个/ml。
The culture of Chaetoceros gracilis was carried out in the enclosed fiat plate photobioreactors and the factors affected the growth of the microalga include light intensity,light period,inoculated amount and aeration rate were studied and the suitable condition for the industrial culture of the alga was summarized as the following:the light intensity 2.68 mw/cm^2,the aeration rate 0.3 vvn,the inoculated amount 10%~15%,the temperate between 23℃and 25℃,the pH value between 7.5 and 8.0. The cell density of the alga after cultured under the discribed condition for 10 days reached 5.01×10~8 cells/ ml.
