摘要
从设计的角度对某高校电力综合仿真实验室ＤＴＳ的应用软件主体框架和软件功能进行研究．提出并采用一种分层设计的方法，把电网仿真及分析功能分成三个层次结构，每一层具有相对独立功能且为下一层的基础．不但使开发工作能有序地进行，且每开发一层就能受益，提高软件开发的速度和效益．
The application software construction and functions of DTS (dispatcher training simulation )for the synthetic simulation laboratory of power system is discussed in this paper. A new hierarchy method is prefered and used in design of the DTS, that divides the DTS application software into three levels ,and improve the exploitation benefit
