西寺坪水电厂无人值班监控系统技术设计

摘要 根据电力部提出的减人增效的精神和业主的要求,针对湖北清江西寺坪二级水电厂的具体情况,我们设计了能够实现该厂六台机组无人值班运行的计算机监控系统,按照本技术设计制造的系统即将在该厂投运. Acoording to the requirement of the owner and the actural condition of the xisping hydroelectric station in qing river in hubei province also acoording to the gist of 'reducing the number of men and increasing the efficiency” of the ministry of electric power, we designed a microcomputer-based measeuring and controling system which canmanage the station instead of man. The system made as the discribed technical design will soon go into operation.
