摘要
目的:研究并建立灯台叶颗粒中有效成分鸭脚树叶碱含量分析的HPLC方法。方法:系统比较检测波长、流动相、提取方法等因素对灯台叶颗粒中鸭脚树叶碱含量测定的影响,确定最佳分析条件。结果:建立了符合技术要求的HPLC分析方法,色谱柱以十八烷基键合硅胶为填充剂,检测波长287nm,以甲醇-0.01%三乙胺溶液(50∶50)为流动相。结论:该方法分离效果好,灵敏度高,专属性强,能准确、重现的测定灯台叶颗粒中鸭脚树叶碱的含量,可用于灯台叶颗粒产品质量控制。
Objective : To study and establish the HPLC method for picrinine determination of Dengtai - Ye Granule. Methods : The influence factors for picrinine determination of Dengtai - Ye Granule by HPLC, such as detecting wavelength, mobile phase, extraction method, et al, have been studied and compared in detail. Results: The HPLC mensuration, up to the requisite technique standard was established. The analysis course used the C - 18 column as the immovable phase and a mixture of methanol- 0. 01% triethylamine solution (50: 50) as the mobile phase. Picrinine was determined with a UV detector at 287nm. Conclusion: The results showed this HPLC method for picrinine determination of Deng Tai - Ye Granule was sensitive, exclusive, accurate and repeatable. It has been used for the quality control of the DengTai - Ye Granule.
