民族药铁线草的生药学研究

Pharmacognostic Studies on Nitional Medicine Plant Cynodon Dactylon (L.) Pers.

目的:为研究和开发民族药铁线草Cynodon dactylon(L.)Pers.提供理论依据。方法:采用原植物鉴别、药材性状鉴别、显微及理化鉴别的方法。结果其组织特征:茎表皮下有厚壁组织成环,有限外韧型维管束排列为内外两环;叶上表皮分布有大型泡状细胞、气孔、乳状突起及单细胞非腺毛,叶肉细胞中形成"花环状结构";粉末特征与组织特征相符。结论:为制定药材质量标准、研究和开发利用该药物资源提供理论依据。

Objective： To provide theoretical basis for the study and development of Cynodon dactylon （L.） Pers. Methods： To study its origin plant morphological characteristics, macroscopic, microscopic and physiochemical characteristics used in pharmacognostic identification. Results： Its tissue characteristics： Sclerenchyma is cycled under the epidermis of stem, closed collateral vascular bundle arranged two rings, one inside and the other outside. In the up - epidermis of blade, there are big motor cells, stomas, breast - shaped prominence and non - glandular hair which is composed single cell. There are garland - shaped structure in the mesophyll. Powder characteristics in line with the tissue characteristics. Conclusion： The study provides a theoretical basis for making the quality standard and for the study and development of the medicine material.
