摘要
小型土坝经过多年运行出现了平涵断裂、堵塞等故障．破坝换管投资大、投劳多、工期较长．用虹吸管更换平涵施工简单、投资少、工期短、水库运行控制方便，是一种较为理想的方法．
The breaking and blocking up of horizontal culvert often appears in small soil dam operating for many years. The replacement of old horizontal culvert by cuting soil dam needs a great deal of investmeat, labor and time. This paper provides an ideal method to solve the problem, with which the replacement construction and the reservoir operation management are simple.
