新一代钢铁材料的主要特征是高洁净度、超细晶粒和高均匀化,金属材料组织的晶粒细化处理是能同时提高材料强度和韧性的最佳强化机制。简述了钢铁材料在凝固过程中晶粒细化的方法、应用情况以及存在的问题。
The main characteristics of new generation iron and steel material are high purity, ultra - fine grain and high uniformity. Structure refining treatment of iron and steel material can prore the optimum way of improving strength and toughness. The method of grain refinement in process of solidification, application and problems are briefly discussed.
