Synthesis of ZnO Nanorods under Microwave Irradiation

摘要 以氯化锌为锌源,碳酸钠为矿化剂,水为溶剂,微波辐照10 min制备了结晶性好的半导体ZnO纳米棒。经XRD,FESEM,TEM和SAED表征,ZnO纳米棒直径为40 nm^80 nm,长度为300 nm^500 nm,沿着c轴择优取向生长。对ZnO纳米棒生长机制进行了分析。 Semiconductor ZnO nanorods with high crystallization were synthesized from ZnCl2 and Na2CO3 in water under microwave irradiation for 10 min. The nanorods was characterized by XRD, FESEM TEM and SAED. The results indicated that the nanorods with diameters of 40 nm - 80 nm and lengths of 300 nm - 500 nm grew along c axis direction. The growing mechanism of ZnO nanorods was simply discussed.
