摘要 文章通过对国内外职业生涯规划现状的比较,找出中外职业生涯规划在理念、政策、社会参与、教育、效果等方面的差异,希望能够借鉴国外成功经验,并从中得到有益启示。 The paper, after comparing the career planning in China and abroad, finds the differences in the concepts, polices, social participation, education and effects, hoping to learn something from successful foreign experiences and get some useful enlightenment.
