绕线式感应电动机转子绕组移相改接

Study on Canceling Slip ring and Brush of Wound Induction Motor by Using Reconnection with Phase shift for Rotor Windings

摘要 将转子绕组分为两段,并进行绕组移相改接,即可达到减小起动电流与增大起动转矩的目的,通过离心开关自动地将转子绕组短接后便可进入正常运行.由于转子绕组移相改接均在旋转部分进行,故可省去绕线式感应电动机的滑环与电刷. By using the method of dividing rotor windings into two parts and reconnection it with phaseshift,the starting current can be reduced and the starting torque be incresed.When the motor is started up to a fairly higher speed,the centrifugal switch will automatically make the rotor winding to be short circuit so as to be operate normally.On the other hand,because the reconnection with phase shift for rotor windings is finished inside the rotoring parts,so that the slip ring and brush for the wound induction motor can be cancelled.
