摘要 吐哈油田属低压、低渗和高气油比油田,经过前期高速开发,低压、高气油比特征更为突出,造成油井在进行作业时压井液倒灌而严重污染地层,使措施无效甚至返效。针对以上难题,通过补层-转抽不压井一体化管柱技术的研究,研制了井下控制工具、芯筒打捞工具、螺旋式防砂气锚,改进了射孔工艺,成功解决了油套环空和油管内部的密封、射孔和不压井作业一体化等问题。现场试验取得成功,实现了补层和转抽全过程的不压井作业,作业后无需产量恢复期,效果显著,并在油田推广应用。 Tuha Oilfield belongs to low pressure, low permeability and high gas-oil ratio oilfield. The high-speed development of early stage made the characteristics of low pressure and high gas-oil ratio more obvious. The formation contamination came out because of the flowing back of well-killing fluid after reperforation. This made the operation inefficient or even worse. To solve these problems, the integrated string technique of reperforating and rod pump running was adopted. Some new tools were developed with this technique, such as downhole controlling tools, core-bailer fishing tools, spiral sand--control gas anchor and combination sand control string. These tools perfected the perforating operation and solved the problems of tubing-casing annular sealing and perforating under pressure operation. The application of this technique has obtained obvious effects and has been spreaded in the oilfield.
