摘要
毕业实习是临床医学专业人才培养方案中一个重要环节,以ISO9000认证理念为指导,研究和探索新的管理理念、管理模式,创新管理体制,适应高等教育大众化的发展,对加强医学生毕业实习的质量管理,提高毕业实习质量,办人民满意的高等教育有着十分重要的现实意义。
Graduation practice is an important link of clinical medicine professional training. It is realistically meaningful to explore the new management concept and mode, to reform the management system, to fit the popularization of higher education with the guide of ISO9001 certification concept for strengthening the quality management of medical graduation practice, to improve the quality of graduation practice, and to run higher education with the public satisfaction.
