摘要 分类介绍了近年来低介电常数高分子材料研究和开发的基本情况,包括本体低介电常数聚合物、掺氟低介电常数聚合物和含纳米微孔低介电常数聚合物,其中在本体低介电常数聚合物部分详细介绍了苯并环丁烯,并对每类材料的优势与局限性进行了简要的总结。最后对低介电常数高分子材料的发展及应用进行了展望。 Three kinds of low dielectric constant polymer in recent research are discussed in this review, including bulk polymer, fluorine-doped polymer and nanoporous polymer, BCB is described in detail in the bulk polymer section, advantages and disadvantages of these three kinds of polymer are summarized briefly. Developments and applications of low dielectric constant polymer are predicted in the end.
