摘要
目的探讨化疗对妇科恶性肿瘤患者血糖代谢的影响。方法对2000年1月-2006年12月在我院化疗的469例妇科恶性肿瘤患者治疗前后的血糖检测结果及相关临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果化疗后空腹血糖升高35例,占9.04%,其中明确诊断为糖尿病10例(2.58%),糖耐量减低18例(4.65%),一过性血糖升高7例(1.81%)。以紫杉醇类为主化疗与以铂类为主化疗对血糖的影响差异无显著性(P>0.05)。随化疗疗程增加发生血糖异常人数逐渐增加。结论化疗可能对妇科恶性肿瘤患者胰腺有影响而发生血糖异常,甚至发生糖耐量减低或糖尿病,应予以重视。
Objective To explore the effect of chemotherapy on glucose metabolism in patients with gynecological malignant tumor. Methods The blood glucose assay and associated clinical data of 469 patients with gynecological malignant tumor who received chemotherapy or operation from January 2000 to December 2006 were analyzed retrospectively. Results Total 35 cases（9.04% ） had elevated fasting blood glucose after chemotherapy. Among them, 10 cases （2.58%） were diagnosed as diabetes mellitus, 18 cases（4.65% ） were diagnosed as impaired glucose tolerance. No difference of blood glucose was observed between patients received paclitaxel based chemotherapy and those who received cisplatin based chemotherapy （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The incidence of disorders of glucose metabolism was related to course mumber. Conclusion It should be emphasized that chemotherapy may have toxicity to insular function,and can induce disorders of glucose metabolism.
