血液透析与血液滤过对症状性低血压的作用比较 被引量:2

摘要 目的评价血液透析和血液滤过在透析治疗过程中低血压的发生情况。方法42例稳定性血液透析患者随机分成3组,行血液透析、前稀释HDF、后稀释HDF治疗,观察治疗前、治疗中每小时和治疗结束时患者血压,计算平均动脉压(MAP)及统计症状性低血压的发生例次。结果前稀释HDF组及后稀释HDF组低血压的发生率低于HD组;前稀释HDF组、后稀释HDF组在治疗4 h时MAP均高于HD组,前稀释HDF组在治疗5 h MAP高于后稀释HDF组。结论血液透析滤过可减少透析过程中低血压的发生,前稀释血液透析滤过效果优于后稀释血液透析滤过。
