十二指肠降部腺瘤的内镜诊疗(附2例分析)

Endoscopic Diagnose and Treat to Adenomas Located in Descendant Duodenum (2 Cases Analysis)

目的探讨十二指肠降部腺瘤的内镜诊断与治疗。方法收集我科2006年6月～2007年6月共2例十二指肠降部腺瘤,结合临床特点、胃镜表现、治疗和病理特点进行分析。结果2例患者均有消化道出血和腹痛表现,初次胃镜肠镜检查均无异常,再次胃镜检查发现病灶并行胃镜下治疗,病理结果均为管状绒毛状腺瘤,术后症状消失。结论胃镜检查时仔细观察十二指肠降部,是诊断降部腺瘤的关键,直径较小者可行胃镜下治疗。

Objective： To study the diagnose and treat of adenomas located in descendant duodenum by endoscopy. Methods： Date of the adenomas located in descendant duodenum in our department were collected from Jun 2006 to Jun 2007, we analyzed clinic features, gastroscope representation, treatment and pathology features. Results： Two cases had alimentary tract hemorrhage and abdominal pain.For the first time endoscopy, it＇s no abnormalities. Once again gastroscopy, we found adenoma located in descendant duodenum and cut it. Pathology results were all tubulovillous adenoma and symptoms were vanishing. Conclusion： It＇s important to make a definite diagnosis of adenomas located in descendant duodenum by observing carefully descendant duodenum when gastroscopy.
