摘要
目的:观察机采血小板在采集及运输过程中的活性变化。方法:对134单位机采血小板在采集及运输过程中的有关参数进行记录,观察输注后的临床疗效。结果:当在采集、运输过程中不能保证血小板在振荡条件下保存时,会导致血小板绝对值降低;乳酸值增加;聚集率下降。结论:机采血小板在采集、运输中必须在振荡条件下保存,否责会影响其活性。
Objective:To study the platelet activity changes during collection and transportation process in order to avoid platelet transfusion failure or adverse reactions caused by antibody which is resulted from repeated platelet transfusion and decrease patient cost. Method: All kinds of parameters during collection and transportation process of 134 units of platelet were recorded. Clinical effect after platelet transfusion was observed. Result:When platelet could not be stored with vibration during the course of collection and transportation, the absolute value of platelet count decreased, the level of lactic acid increased and platelet aggregation declined. Conclusion:Platelet activity and platelet transfusion effect would be affected if it is not collected or stored with the best condition.
