黄河防洪减灾软件系统开发关键技术探讨

摘要 对中芬合作“黄河防洪情报预报和调度软件系统”开发中采用的关键技术和系统开发方法,从技术角度进行了探讨和描述,其中包括客户/服务器系统结构、GIS技术、多媒体技术、功能模块相对独立开发方法、工具化开发方式和以数据流为中心等,针对这些计算机软件最新技术的特点,探讨了如何发挥各自优势和综合优势,从而使开发出的应用系统具有实用性强、开发周期短、易于维护等特点。 The key techniques and systematic ways for developing'Flood Protection and Disaster Reduction In formation Prediction and Dispatch Software System in the Yellow River'under cooperative study of China and Finland technicians are described from technical angles that include structure of customer/service system, GIS, multi -- media technique, independent development of functional block, toolized development way, and data now as core, and so on. According to characteristics of the new techniques of the computer softWare, how to give full play of the advantages and comprehensive POsitiveness is studied, in culer to make the developed application system to be of the features of short development period, wide application, and, easy tO be maintained.
