摘要
依据软件工程理论,将防汛决策所需的会商决策环境、信息查询、洪水预报、防洪调度、防洪数据库科学地融为一个系统,在计算机网络环境支持下,快速灵活地进行黄河下游花园口站22000m3/s以下洪水预报、防洪调度和会商决策。为此,制定了各子系统的开发目标,按先进实用、优势互补和可扩充性的原则,开发具有接收储存、信息查询、防汛业务处理和决策支持功能的软件系统。描述了各业务子系统在网络环境下独立运行或通过数据库、数据文件等手段实现信息互相交换的运行机制。
Based on software theory, the necessary components for flood protection decision, i. e., controlling environment, information inqUiry, flood prodiction, flood protection dispatch, and flood protection data base, are scientifically united to a system, and forecasted qUickly the floods below 22, 000 m3/s at Huayuankou in the lower Yellow River under computer netWork support, as well as flood protection dispatch, discussion and making decision. Therefore, the developing targets for each sub -- system are designed to develop the software system with the functions of receive and storage, information inqUiry, flood protection operation, and decision making support, according to the principles of advanced and applicable, complement each other, and able to enlargement. The independent run mechanism of each system in network or exchange information through database or data documents is also described in the paper.
