摘要
用国产树脂,经过配方的深入研究、筛选合适的加工助剂,制得了无机填充物含量高达40%以上的瓷白浓色母粒,并用此母粒着色,生产出合格的冰箱板材。解决了生产过程中的工艺技术问题,为冰箱国产化配套开辟了新的途径。
Glazy white color concentrate with content of inorganic ingredients up to 40% is made from domestic resins through elaborate study of the formulation and screening of various additives. Using this concentrate, sheetings for icebox lining of good quality are produced, and some technological problems of production have been solved, thus, more domestic products may be used in icebox manufacture.
