沙苑子炮制沿革及炮制作用探讨

目的考证沙苑子炮制方法的古今演变及炮制作用。方法查阅资料,分析整理。结果沙苑子的炮制始于唐代,常用炒制的方法;从清代开始出现盐炙法。而沙苑子的炮制作用则从清代起以补肾为主。沙苑子的炮制历史悠久,方法较多。但炮制作用较分散。直到目前为止,炮制方法及炮制作用的现代研究不多,也无相关的质量标准。结论建议用现代科学方法对沙苑子的各种炮制方法及该法的炮制作用进行研究。

Objective The method is textual research of astragalus complanatus, that the processing method of evolution from ancient to present and processing affect. Methods Consulte data and collate. Results The processing of astragalus complanatus started in the Tang Dynasty, when it usually used the methods of fring. And the salt grilling method began to appear in Qing Dynasty, and from Qing Dynasty the processing affect of astragalus complanatus is kidney reinforcing. The processing of astragalus complanatus, which has a long history and some methods. But the processing affect is dispersion. Up to now processing methods and processing affects are not so many in modern research, and also have no related quality standard. Conclusion It is suggested that do some research on all kinds of the processing methods and the processing affect of astragalus complanatus with modern research methods.
