急性心肌梗死急诊冠脉介入治疗30例分析

摘要 目的观察冠心病急性心肌梗死(AMI)的急诊心脏介入(PCI)临床治疗效果。方法对30例急性心肌梗死的患者发病12 h内行急诊PCI。梗死相关血管(IRA)植入支架48支,前降支25支,右冠脉18支,回旋支4支,左主干1支。结果28例术后血流达TIMIⅢ级,2例即刻达TIMIⅡ级,术后1例患者死于脑出血。结论急性心肌梗死行急诊PCI成功率高,效果好,并发症少。
