宽基础是为职业院校学生职业生涯发展服务的基础——“宽基础、活模块”课程模式再论之十一

Broad Basis is the Foundation of Vocational Schools Serving for Professional Development of Students ——Eleventh Discussion on the Curriculum Model of "Broad Basis and Flexible Modules"

以就业为导向的职业学校教育与职业培训的主要区别在于学制、培养目标和能力观不同，这些区别在职业院校课程上主要表现为有无“宽基础”。“宽基础”是学生更新知识、技能和在一个职业群中转岗、晋升的基础，是为职业院校学生职业生涯发展服务的基础。“宽基础”包括两类课程：面向所有专业的“公共课”和面向一个专业或数个相近专业的“公共专业课”。科技进步拉动职业演变的加速，以及企业员工工作不稳定性强的现实，要求职业院校必须重视包括文化课在内的“宽基础”课程，从职业教育的角度加强此类课程为职业生涯发展服务的内在规律研究。

The main difference between employment-oriented vocational school education and vocational training consists in the differences of school system, cultivation objectives and ability view. and these differences mainly embody in that the curriculum of vocational schools whether or not have broad basis. Broad basis is the foundation for student renovating knowledge and skills, transforming posts and rising in one professional group, and vocational schools serving for the professional development of students. Broad basis include two kinds of courses; the public courses facing to all specialties and the public specialty courses facing to one specialty or several relative specialties. Scientific progress pulled the acceleration of professional evolvement, and the strong instability of enterprise staff require vocational schools to attach importance to broad basis courses including cultural courses and strengthen the study on internal principles of cultural courser serving for professional career development from the perspective of vocational education.
