摘要
校本培训是改善教师专业水平,促进教师专业发展的重要途径。高职院校教师的校本培训应针对教师知识和技能的现状开展,应结合成人教育理论、选择适合高职院校校本培训的方法,并对培训效果进行评估,以确定培训真正达到目标。
School-based training is important approach for improving teachers' professional level and fostering teacher's professional development. The school-based training of higher vocational school teachers should aim at the status of teachers' knowledge and skills, select appropriate methods combining with adult education theory and evaluate training effects to assure that training can achieve its objectives.
