摘要 家族制民办学校,是由同一家族中两名或两名以上的成员直接拥有并参与经营管理的学校,学校的控制权在家族内继承,学校的所有权和经营权全部集中在家族成员手中。家族制民办学校的形成背景主要是政府财政投资不足、教育消费不断升级和举办者利益驱动。家族制民办学校的主要特征是所有权与经营权合一、家长式管理、办学文化的同质化、家族发展观、经营者激励约束双重化。 Family system non-governmental school is the school that possessed and operated by two or more members in one family, the control role of school is inherited in the family and the ownership and operation power of the school all concentrated in the family members. The formation background of nongovernmental schools is the lack of governmental financial capital, increasing upgrading of education consumption and interest driving force of school-runners. The main characteristics of family system non governmental schools are the integration of ownership with operation power, householder management, homogeneity of school culture, family development view, etc.
