摘要
目的探讨科学地评价医院手术科室的医疗工作绩效。方法对某院2007年8个住院临床手术科室3项主要医疗指标计划完成情况、与上年同比增长百分比以及手术负荷与效率进行秩和比加权综合评价。结果实例表明,本方法可从各个侧面分层次地了解临床手术科室工作情况,评价效果满意。结论(1)对医院科室间绩效的综合评价应特别注意统计指标的可比性。(2)进行手术科室间的医疗工作绩效综合评价时,可派生手术负荷与效率的统计指标纳入评价指标体系。(3)本方法有助于客观全面评价临床手术科室工作绩效和临床科主任岗位职责履行情况,为医院科学管理提供参考依据。
Objective To discuss the scientific evaluation of performance appraisal of the surgical departments. Methods The three main medical indexes of the accomplishment of the tasks in 8 surgical departments in 2007 was synthetically evaluated by RSR method, compared with the year - on - year growth percentage of last year and the efficiency and load of operations. Results The examples show that this method Could evaluate the work of surgical departments from different perspectives in different levels, and the evaluation results were satisfactory. Conclusion ( 1 ) The comprehensive evaluation on performance appraisal of the hospital sections should be paid special attention to the comparability of statistical indicators. (2) When we evaluate the performance appraisal of the medical surgical departments, the statistical indicators of operation load and efficiency could be put into the evaluation index system. (3)This method is helpful to evaluate the performance appraisal of surgical departments and the fulfillment of the clinical directors' duties objectively and roundly and provides reference for seientific management for the hospitals.
