With magnetic particles treated by coupling agcnts, the processibility, the physical and mechanical properties of the plastics magnet ean be remarkably improved.Increasing the filler level of magnetic particles within a certain limit will improve magnetic characteristics of the magnet, selecting the plastics which gives a low melt viscosity at high temperature and lowering the melt viscosity of the system by using additives are effective ways of enhancing the orientation, and thus obtaining powerful magnets.
