摘要
以自动光学检查设备(AOI设备)为研究对象,提出了基于PLC的AOI设备运动控制系统的硬件体系结构,完成了控制系统的软件设计,将状态机思想引入于PLC程序的编写中,简化了编程,有效地保证了系统的稳定性及可靠性;通过使用PLC位置控制模块实现了对AOI设备的运动控制,对定位精度要求较高的部分进行了误差补偿,保证了系统的运动控制精度。
This paper proposes the hardware architecture of motion control system of AOI system based on PLC,completes software design of motion control system,and FSM will be introduced in the preparation of the PLC program,which simplifies the programming,and effectively guarantees stability and reliability of the system.Through the use of a PLC positioning control module,the motion control of AOI system is realized,which ensures the system's motion control precision.
