摘要
论述了利用光的衍射与单片机相结合设计出的加速度传感器的标定系统。利用该系统可以快速准确地对加速度传感器的输出电压与加速度之间的关系进行标定。该系统与传统的方法相比较具有数据采集自动化程度高、误差小、标定快速等优点。
The acceleration sensor measured system which is elaborated in this article is designed using combination of the light diffraction and the monolithic integrated circuit.Using this system,the relations between the acceleration instrument output voltage and the acceleration can be demarcated fast and accurately.Compared with the traditional method,this system has high automaticity of the acquisition of data,small error,fast demarcates and so on merits.
