摘要
机床导轨直线度决定了机床主轴移动直线度。由于大型机床的主轴所在的立柱较重,当主轴移动直线度超差,需要调整导轨时,把立柱吊离导轨再来调整、测量导轨直线度,费工费时,相当不方便。提供一种测量方法,即在立柱不吊离导轨的情况下,完成对导轨直线度和主轴移动直线度的测量,并且能够方便地找到需要调整的导轨位置。
Straightness of guide way decides rectilinearity of motion of the spindle head.Because the column that the spindle head of heavy machine tools is too weight,when rectilinearity of motion of the spindle exceeds the permissible deviation,the guide way to be adjusted,the column is hung away at re-adjustment of the guide way and the straightness of the guide way is measured.It takes a lot of work and time and is not extremely convenient.This thesis describes a way of measurement.The straightness of guide way and the variation of inclination of the spindle is measured simultaneously when the column is not hung away and the position of the guide way that must be adjusted can be fixed conveniently.
