摘要
电动车制动拉杆叉是一个重要的零件,形状复杂,零件厚度为6mm,精度要求很高,一般采用精冲工艺生产才能满足要求。通过对拨叉冲裁工艺的分析,介绍了零件的精冲工艺的安排,根据工序的要求设计出冲孔落料模和整修模,仅用一次整修工序就达到了图样的要求。实践表明:该生产工艺方案可靠,冲件质量稳定,解决了用普通冲压工艺和设备生产精冲零件的问题,提高了企业的经济效益。
The brake clevis is important part with complicated shape and 6mm thickness in electric car which demand higher precision and usually apply fine punching process to meet the requirement.After analyzing the process of brake clevis,this paper introduces the arrangement of this part's fine punching process and designs punching-blanking,finishing blanking die according to the process requirement and meets the demands in only one time of finishing blanking.Practice proves that the method is reliable and the stamping part's quality is stable,which solves the question of applying ordinary stamping process and equipment to produce fine punching part and increases the enterprise's economic benefit.
