摘要
针对DG 450 t/h循环流化床锅炉原设计"Γ"型定向风帽和"┬"型风帽固有的磨损、漏渣等问题,结合煤质、运行工况、布风板特性等实际情况进行原因分析,选择将床上风帽全部更换为钟罩式风帽的方案,并用试验数据和实际运行状况说明钟罩式风帽的应用效果。
In view of abrasion and leaking slag in directional windcaps of original ＂Г＂ type designed former and ＂T＂ type former in DG 450 t/h CFB boiler, this paper analyzes causes with coal quality, operation condition, the bed characteristic etc. The project is chosen that the bed windcaps are all replaced to bell spout. The test data and real operation condition shows bell windcaps application.
