摘要
分析衡水恒兴发电有限责任公司B&WB-1025/17.5-M型锅炉在运行中出现结焦、空气预热器堵塞和低温腐蚀、水冷壁高温腐蚀、飞灰含碳量高等问题的原因,并提出解决问题的具体措施,同时指出锅炉燃烧系统自身结构致使某些问题不能得到根本解决。
This paper analyzes the problems causes of B&WB-1025/17. 5-M boiler of Hengshui Hengxing Power generation Co. Ltd. from aspects of slagging, jam of air pre- heator, low temperature corrosion, water cooling wall high temperature corrosion, high ash combustible content, and also put forward the material measures, at the same time, points out some problems may not be handled for the structure of boiler.
