摘要
介绍了P92钢焊接工艺的国、内外研究现状,根据P92钢焊接接头存在的焊接冷裂纹、焊缝金属韧性低、Ⅳ型裂纹等问题,探讨了其产生的原因及防范措施,为P92钢在我国超(超)临界机组上的应用提供有益的技术支持。
This paper makes a brief introduction to the domestic and international present research condition about P92 steel welding. According to the main problems of P92 steel welding, which are welding cold crack, low toughness of welding metal, IV type cracks, this paper explores the rea-sons and countermeasures in order to provide a useful technical support to P92 steel in SC(USC) boilers.
