摘要
以水为工质的热管如果设计不合理、操作控制不当、运行周期过长等,极易造成热管爆管故障。以2007年6月大庆石化分公司炼油厂重整加热炉空气预热器热管爆管故障为例,阐述了加热炉空气预热器爆管原因、故障处理及预防措施,认为紧急停炉时空气预热器热管温度偏离设计工况是爆管的主要原因。
For the thermal tube that serves for water substance is easy to burst up if it is in un- reasonable design,improper operation control and excessive long operation cycle and so on.In this article,the event of thermal tube burst of preheater in CCR furnace in Daqing Refinery in June 2007 is set as example to elaborate the burst reason of the pre-heater for furnace and solving solution and the preventive measures.It is recognized that the temperature excursion of preheater from design during emergency shut down is the main reason to cause burst.
