VTS是船舶交通服务系统,在增进船舶交通安全和效率及保护环境方面发挥着重要的作用。为了更好地发挥VTS的效能,扩展VTS的管辖范围,引入了基于船用雷达和AIS设备的移动VTS的概念。文章论述了该系统的组成、工作原理及其实现的方法。

VTS is the Vessel Traffic Service System,it has played a very important role not only in the promotion of traffic safety and efficiency but also in the protecting the environment. In order to play the effectiveness of VTS better and expend the jurisdiction scope of VTS,we introduct the concept of Mobile VTS based on the marine radar and AIS equipment.The article has introducted the system in detail as following： composition,the principle of work and implementation method.
